Ingredients
- 2 lb (32 oz) 93/7 ground beef
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 2 packets of Petrichor Organics Chili Blend seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the sweet corn.
- Add chickpeas, black beans, and kidney beans.
- Add both packets of your chili seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
