High Protein Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (32 oz) 93/7 ground beef
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 2 packets of Petrichor Organics Chili Blend seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
  4. Stir in the sweet corn.
  5. Add chickpeas, black beans, and kidney beans.
  6. Add both packets of your chili seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  7. Simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
